This new build needed some serious repair to its subfloor. The screed laid by another flooring company was brittle and cracked underfoot. The removal revealed deep swirly scars in the subfloor. Luxury Vinyl Tiles like Amtico & Karndean require a smooth surface before fitting.

We can repair subfloors like this, so our team prepped the floor with a membrane ensuring it is dry, added smoothing compound and then primed ready for the new floor she selected from our showroom in Pontyclun. You can see that the results are amazing.
We fitted upstairs with carpet too, the whole home is now ready for the family.
