Lee – Director
Master floor layer, with 24 years of experience. Lee’s skills include moisture/damp-testing, estimating, all forms of preparations including grinding, smoothing with screed and ply. Fitting of carpets, laminate, sheet vinyl, wood flooring, and luxury vinyl tiles. Also door cutting and complicated inlays for more intricate LVT floor designs.
Our FITTERS & eSTIMATORS
We have our own full-time fitting staff. At Floor De Lee we never subcontract any of our commercial or domestic projects. Each person is qualified and trained by us to ensure that we keep a high standard of work every time you buy your floors with us.
Leighton
Fitter, with 14 years of experience. Leighton’s skills include all forms of preparations including grinding, smoothing with screed and ply. Fitting of, laminate, sheet vinyl, wood flooring, and luxury vinyl tiles. Also Quickstep skirting-boards and complicated inlays for more intricate LVT floor designs.
Anthony
Fitter, with 21 years of experience. Anthony’s skills include all forms of preparations including grinding, smoothing with screed and ply. Advanced carpet fitter and also fits laminate, wood flooring, and luxury vinyl tiles.
Gareth
Fitter, with 4 years of experience. Gareth skills include preparations, grinding, smoothing with screed and ply. Carpet fitter and also fits laminate, and luxury vinyl tiles.
Fred
Based at our Crickhowell branch Fred has been fitting flooring for 55 years. Fred’s skills include estimating for our Crickhowell branch, fitting of carpets and cushion vinyl.
Our STAFF
Our helpful staff in our showrooms are there to help you get your ideal flooring. Everyone is happy to help guide you along with the process with advice on product types, flooring concerns, suitable designs available for your home, as well as booking you in for your measuring and fitting date.
Julia
Admin and sales in Pontyclun, Julia’s skills include having vast product knowledge, arranging your complimentary measure service, making appointments for fitting dates, and provide you with any quotes and invoices required.
Nicola
Admin, sales and customer service in our Crickhowell branch, Nicolas’s skills include having vast product knowledge and will be providing you with your quotes and invoices.

We are looking for a floor layer with some experience in carpet fitting, laminate and also sheet vinyl and LVT.
Sales Team / Admin
We are also looking to extend our staff in our Pontyclun branch. The job requires some knowledge of sales and administrative duties.
Our staff help customers get your ideal flooring, so a person who has worked in a flooring company is preferred.
Training is available, product knowledge for selling LVT and Laminate as well as carpets. Admin duties consist of ordering products and invoicing and booking in clients.

We are looking for full-time fitters with a minimum of 4 years experience.
Carpets, LVT, Wood, Sheet Vinyl, Laminate and Sub Floor Preparation.
40 hours a week. You will need your own transport. 2-week assessment trail. An initial 3-month review and on the job training with the potential to earn 18-30K per year.
